Rare vintage sterling silver necklace signed, featuring a dynamic row of seven sculpted galloping horses in high-relief detail. Each of 5 larger horses is individually hand signed, either with copyright symbol or copyright symbol and “DOBBS”. One of the horses has “87” mark which likely refers to the year.

The necklace is finished with an Italian-made sterling silver chain marked “925 Italy,” bearing a distinctive maker’s mark: a “G” with a rose motif above it. Since the chain may be a later addition and the pendant itself lacks visible silver hallmarks, the pendant has been acid tested and results are consistent with sterling silver.

Measures approximately 19 inches in length and weighs 37 grams.
